i had my wedding here in november 2006. and several family members before me have had weddings here. I cannot express enough how fantastic this place is. from beginning to the very end. my parents are probably some of the pickiest people when it comes to food and service and they were so impressed with the handling of the event before and during that my father wrote a lengthy letter to the owner expressing how satisfied he was with the experience. the food was fabulous which to this day I have not had better food at a wedding. how do you cook a filet perfectly medium to medium rare for 280 guests...wonderful! the manager on duty the day of my wedding was extrememly attentive and wonderful, constantly checking in with my parents throughout the evening. their server and head table server were excellent. we never felt like we were "looking for someone" to get help. they were always there. all my guests to this day still seem to compare my wedding against others they've attending as being the best.

had scheduled 2 appointments today to see Victoria in the Park and Victoria Beau Jolie. I had previously seen Victoria in the Park with one of my bridesmaids before and absolutely loved it. I was hoping to bring my fiance today so he could also fall in love with the place. Unfortunately we were unable to view Victoria in the Park. My appointment was set up for noon and at 12:10 P.M. I received a phone call from Lynn. The conversation went as follows. She reminded me of our appointment at noon, to which I informed here the I was already there. Then she proceeded to tell me that maybe I should go to the Beau Jolie location first and then come back to Victoria in the Park on my way back because I would find that Beau Jolie would fit my needs better. I informed her that I live in the city so going to Beau Jolie and then returning to Victoria in the Park was out of my way. Then she said, " Okay well I just don't know how this will work out for you because I don't know if you know that there's a minimum of $30,000 for Victoria in the Park. Perhaps you will find the other location more economical for you." I then said, "Hm, well it seems that you don't want me to have my reception here so I guess I will just leave." She proceeded to say, " No, no thats not it at all I just dont see how this will work out for you and your budget." I just said thank you then and never mind. Now here is my issue, never once did my bridesmaid or I discuss pricing with Lynn. How would she know what I can and cannot spend? Also, if I want to see a location and then decide its out of my price frame isn't that for me to design? What happened between when I met her last week and today? Did she just see a young, hispanic girl sitting infront of her and assume I could not pay for it? I drove all the way from Wicker Park in Chicago to Mount Prospect on my day off ONLY to be turned away. Now let me tell you that prior to today I had decided on going with one of the Victoria locations. I had not decided on which one yet, but I knew that for sure I would choose one. Maria at Beau Jolie was wonderful and absolutely loved her as well as the Beau Jolie location! I am the bride, and it should be what I want. Who is anyone, especially a stranger, to tell me what I can and cannot have without knowing what I can and cannot afford. I would have booked with you Victoria, but seeing that my money is not good enough for Victoria in the Park then perhaps my money is not good enough for your company as a whole. I just wanted to inform you of who they have representing their company and perhaps in the future this problem can be prevented. I am very displeased with your services and am disappointed that I will not be hosting my event there when I was looking foward to it. With many other banquet facillities out there I am sure one of them will be more than happy to accept my money.

If we could give Victoria's Banquets 10000 stars we would. If you are looking for Class, Elegance, 5 star food and excellent customer service; book your wedding and reception at Victoria's Banquet. My dream was finally coming true, through hardships(a flood, lightening hitting our home and jobs losses over the years, I was finally marrying my soul mate after 16years and engaged 11 years our wedding was finally coming to fruition. Our wedding had to be done by the best. I had planned my wedding in my mind over a thousand times. It had to be over the top like me and very classy. We lived in Georgia; we decide to have our wedding in my hometown of Illinois, so all our family could attend. Let me start off by saying that I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years; poor customer service is my pet peeve, I do not tolerated it nor do I excepted spending my money for poor service. From the first phone call with Patty of Victoria's, we knew we were in good hands. We shopped around looking at other venues, none compared to Victoria's. Victoria's has been in business for over 30 years, that tells you that they know what they are doing and has raised the bar for other venues to try to keep up. Victoria's class and knowledge is truly unmatched. Tracey - is truly GOD sent, we booked our wedding 10 months in advance until 4 days before the wedding, so basically Tracy was the person that made sure everything was perfect. Tracey returned calls immediately, handle any concerns we had at a drop of a dime, being out of town and planning a wedding is very stressful, TRACY made this experience for us beyond our dreams and stress free, from wiping my tear before I walking down the aisle , to make sure no one seen me before the wedding, to helping me not have a totally melt down before I walked down the aisle, rolling down the aisle runner (yes I forgot this detail) to making sure every detail was perfect; Tracy went over and beyond to make sure our wedding was the most memorable event for the both of us and our family. After the hundreds of emails and phone calls(from me) Tracy was truly stellar, her encouraging words and attention to detail , my last minutes changes, Tracy was the epitome of customer service at the Platinum level. Our wedding was truly a fairytale wedding. Tracy we will never forget you and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. (Ginga) was was truly amazing, even though we didn't spend a lot of time with Ginga the little time we spent with her, her customer service and attention to detail is amazing. (Eric-) was truly amazing, when I got to Chicago I was stressing, I thought that I would have to decorate my venue the day before the wedding, Eric was truly my knight and shining amour, he took all of our items, check them off on a list. I told him my vision, he asked if I would trust him to make it beautiful, my stress was on 100(due to my family stressing me) but Eric did not disappoint. He was very attention to detail and made sure our venue was amazing beyond our wildest dreams. Eric has a true gift of tablescapes, lighting, placement of item for the reception; Eric gave us and our guest, the WOW FACTOR that I dreamed of. When we came into the reception after the wedding, we were totally blown away at the beauty of the venue. Our guest after four months are still talking about how breathtaking our wedding/ reception was and how good the food was. (Joey) - (Victoria's Tuxes, up lighting and transportation) Joey thank you for everything. We shopped around for Tuxes; we were quoted double the amount at other Tux shops, Victoria's was half the cost. We had the most debonair groomsmen, the Rolls Royce was beautiful, SUV limo held our huge wedding part. The up lighting was truly amazing. - The venue is beautiful; we were in the Le Chocolate room which held 250 people our guest list was for 125 people so there was ample space. The chandeliers was amazing, the lights from the airport was truly amazing. Please don't' get concerned about the airport we didn't hear not one airplane. The food was truly five star, I had my sister to go Victoria's routinely food tasting, she was blown away at how good the food was. The wood staircase with its intricate details is very Classy and made our photo truly amazing. I would have to say to any couple looking for a wedding venue and reception venue book with Victoria's, we will be having our 20th year celebration Victoria's they are now like extended family to us because they care. I promise you will not be disappointed. We will treasure everything Victoria's did for the most beautiful day in our lives; thank you Victoria's Banquets for a very memorable, classy wedding and reception.

Don't waste your money with this Vendor!!! Unprofessional, seemed nice at first Waited to the last minute to collect details for my 215 person wedding Hires temps at the last minute to work your event that STEAL WEDDING CARDS Did not serve my Vegetarian Entrée as planned due to lack of detail Stalled serving drinks to cut back on a 4 hour OPEN BAR, lines were long and guests were upset Did not work with any of my other vendors to go over final timeline for my wedding day Did not want to set up my room according to my floor plan that my decorator developed, which was not difficult at all.....Selected this caterer for my wedding at the NATIONAL ITALIAN AMERICAN SPORTS HALL OF FAME, which is a very nice venue by the way, can't believe they are still an option on their preferred caterers list, in short if you have other options, go with those!

The venue where we held our wedding had a list of preferred caterers to use and Victoria Banquets was one of them. After reviewing online menus and pricing we put them on our short list and contacted them for more information. After attending a tasting, there was no question of using them to cater our wedding. Lynn and the other staff members were all extremely professional and helpful. They worked with the venue staff to ensure everything was set up the way we wanted and accommodated our last minute changes with flexibility and good nature. Not only were they affordable, the food was excellent and plentiful. We received so many compliments from our guests on how good everything tasted. Their professionalism and attention to detail created a stress-free reception and for that I am truly grateful. I would recommend their catering services to anyone looking for excellent food and service at a reasonable price.

I'm engaged and currently wedding venue shopping. My good friend got married here 3 or 4 years ago and I remember the food being delicious and hearing great things from her. My future sister-in-law also had her wedding reception here (and her baby shower last fall), along with 2 other friends of my fiancé, so I really didn't even want to consider it because I wanted to do something different. After contacting close to 20 venues, taking into consideration our guest list (about 350), and the crazy prices they charge for every little thing, my future mother-in-law suggested we at least go talk to Eric and Lisa at Beau Jolie. Walking in yesterday I was indifferent. After meeting with Lisa and talking for almost 2 hours about prices, ideas, and off topic subjects, I became SO excited!! I actually teared up (not once, but TWICE), because I started envisioning my wedding day with the help of Lisa's ideas and suggestions. She's so enthusiastic and truly wants to make your wedding day absolutely perfect for you. I am so anxious and excited! I plan to book with them ASAP! Side notes- They cook everything in house so your menu options are endless! Their prices are SO reasonable and they don't charge you for every little thing you want to do that isn't "standard". Also, if you book a showing, you MUST go in the evening. Seeing it in day light doesn't even do it justice because you're not able to see all the beautiful lights from the streets and the airport.

I attended one of my really good friends' weddings this fall here at Beau Jolie by Victoria, and initially didn't know what to expect. The place is located at the top floor of a building that holds offices, and it's gone unnoticed by me for years that I've lived in the area. But when I showed up, I was blown away. The venue is beautiful! Multiple chandeliers throughout the room itself, with a large chandelier hoisted in the lobby entering the room. Very large tiled dancefloor. Had to be somewhere around 50 tables or so. The bar is pretty small but definitely sufficient for a wedding. The view was one of the best parts. The entire room is made up of walls that are windows, from floor to ceiling, that opens up a great view of O'Hare Airport. It might do much for you during the day, but when night comes and you see all the lights, it's pretty mesmerizing. Obviously everything else tied in (the amazing food, music, service, etc.) made an unbelievable wedding, and the venue couldn't have been more perfect. I hope to attend another reception here soon. Someone get married!!

I was married here on August 2, 2014-we could not have asked for a better experience. The price was comparable to other venues in the area but we were offered so much more. Most venues change the price per person depending on what the guest orders- Victorias let's the guest choose their meal the day of and the steak and fish cost the same so we did not have to worry about owing money because more people ordered steak than we thought. We worked with Jennifer and Eric to plan our wedding and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I honestly do not think the word no is in their vocabulary. No matter what we asked they said no problem we will figure it out. I made my own centerpieces and didn't want the table numbers to run if the water got on them and Eric assured me he would fill each one and nothing would happen- they looked beautiful the day of the wedding. Everyone was so excited and accommodating I could not have been happier the day of my wedding. Anyone with a bad experience is in the small majority. I cannot say enough good things about this venue!

ok.. im so sorry to say but I need to say it.. Courtnie u really need to call lisa back and talk to her before u book anything because she is not disclosing to u that the beau jolie by Victoria in schiller park is actually bankrupt and can foreclose any day now. if you put any money down for a deposit or just pay it in full, everything goes to bankruptcy and you wont get it back you would have to go to court.. in addition it can be your wedding day and all of a sudden it will be ruined because the doors could be locked on that day.. they don't know when it will happen, it can happen any day now.. I don't want to ruin your hopes but seriously I don't want you to be torn and ruined on your special day. The reason why im telling you this is because I was you just last week.. I went there and got super excited when Lisa told me my date in june was available since someone had to drop it "(because of some issue with bringing family in from out of state so they couldnt afford it)" also the price I would get and everything that was included.. But before that week I was searching for many venues I went to the beau jolie back in October 2013 and worked with a man ( don't want to disclose his name) he was the vice president of the company and a friend of the family even though he was giving us a good price (family discount) it was still to high for our budget at the time (this was when everything was ok) and I had to choose a different date because my date in june was booked.. So since I worked with him before my aunt was speaking with him a couple days ago thinking he still worked there.. he told her that he quit that place because they wanted him to NOT disclose the info about them being in foreclosure and he is not that kind of person so he refused and left. Also the real reason my date was open was because the couple was informed about what was going on and they couldn't take that chance.. he stated that it is public record and we can look it up ourselves.. Because of this my aunt called lisa and asked her about it.. she was so embarrassed and was trying to go around the issue saying that its not in effect yet and that it has nothing to do with that venue.. but that's a lie. btw by law they HAVE to disclose that info with you before anything else.. when my aunt told her that she said she was going to tell me after I signed the contract!! well once the contract is signed its too late... please before you take any chances just call a lawyer and they can definitely look it up for you and give you the best advice.. if not look it up on your own its public record.. Im sorry but how awful can someone be to allow things like this to happen by not saying anything.. its the same as lying..

From the moment we walked in the door we felt taken care of. Everything was even better than we had anticipated. The room looked perfect. The food, I'm Italian so this was very important, was outstanding! Eric the operations manager made me feel like a princess...he made my fairytale come true. The entire staff; bartenders, bathroom attendants, waiters, etc. were perfect! We loved them all :) We felt like royalty and were humbled by the support and caring from Eric and his staff.

Anybody that says anything bad about this banquet hall is just plain lying. My wedding will be held here and my engagement will be almost two years. During this time, I have never experienced a more warm and welcoming staff. For those that don't know, the banquet hall is family owned and it shows! Every time we come for a meeting we are treated like family. Whether its giving us a container of sauce to take home (which they do for anyone) or whether its giving us warm hugs every time they see us. They don't just greet you, they truly light up when they see you. I don't know the staff at the rosemont or VIP location, but the ENTIRE staff at beau Jolie is just unbeatable. I would recommend this facility to anyone I meet. And not to mention they are a catering company before a banquet hall, so the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! And whether its future events of ours or others we cannot wait to celebrate more memories here!

I had my reception for over 300 here in 2003. We had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, the service was great and everything was beautiful from the champaign and strawberries to the private cigar roller. I always recommend this place. Seven years later and people STILL talk about our wedding and how great it was.

We started planning our daughters wedding this summer. Our budget was a little tight and we were apprehensive of what kind of wedding we were going to be able to provide. Have no fear, theses guys are great! Very accomodating and reasonalbe. No doubt we will look into it again when our next daughter decides to tie the knot.

The best food, service and delivery drivers I ever had. They did everything for my party and everyone couldn't stop talking about how good the food was and service . The price was outrageously fair and could of beaten any other cater by far with taste and service and cost
